The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct Katy Townhomes Lift Station including but not limited to mobilization, bonds and insurance; construction of an 6-foot (6') diameter pre-cast concrete wet well, complete with two (2) submersible pumps with all accessories, riser piping, valves, coatings, fence and gates, site work, concrete pavement, on-site sanitary sewer piping including well pointing and dewatering as necessary, on-site manhole, on-site force main, water line, 40-kW diesel engine generator, sound attenuated weatherproof level 2 enclosure and 24-hour integral storage tank, generator concrete pad, automatic transfer switch, load bank testing, lift station control panel, automatic telephone dialer, electrical service disconnect switches, conduit, wire; trench safety system at all depths; Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan implementation, maintenance, and record keeping; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station; and all else shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for the off-site sanitary sewer to discharge to the existing system. The site is located at 27955 1/2 Western Creek Ct. Katy, TX 77494 (Fort Bend County Key Map 483 - D and 494 - A). The project is located in the Willow Point Municipal Utility District. For construction contracts over $250,000, the bidder shall submit either a 2% certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. Bidder must be capable of executing a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond for 100 percent (100%) of the contract sum in accord with the conditions of the contract. Bidder shall indicate on the bid form the substantial completion time (not to exceed 180 calendar days). Final completion shall be achieved within 30 calendar days of substantial completion. Substantial completion time will be considered by the Owner in evaluation of the bid The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 calendar days from the date bids are open
