Renovation of a municipal facility in Eagle Point, Oregon. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

A brief description of the scope of work is provided below: HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical Quotes received after this time will not be accepted, and will be returned unopened. All interested parties are invited to attend. Proposers must be listed on a plan holders list by contacting the City of Eagle Point. Any addenda will be issued to interested parties listed on the plan holders list. Bidders must prequalify with the City of Eagle Point at least 3 (three) days prior to the deadline for receiving proposals. This contract is for public work and is subject to provisions of ORS. 279C.800 to 279C.870 regarding prevailing wage rates. Licensing under ORS 468A.720 is not required. All proposers are encouraged to contact the City to visit the site to fully acquaint themselves with the facilities involved, difficulties and restrictions for full performance of the contract. Proposed Work The City of Eagle Point is seeking proposals for replacing the existing 4.0 ton HVAC Unit at City Hall in Eagle Point over the Council Chambers. Please provide a proposal to provide the following work: o 4.0 Trane Packaged Unit o Rooftop Adapter Curb o Dry Bulb Economizer o Smoke Detector with Sampling Tubes o All Labor To Install the Packaged Unit o Installation Materials (misc.) o Mechanical (Gas Pipe) and Electrical Work o All electrical and mechanical permits o Crane For Equipment Removal and Installation o Haul Away and Disposal of Existing Equipment
