**As of December 06, 2021, the project has not been awarded yet. It is anticipated to be awarded next week. The Project consists of Mechanical Trade Work, Electrical Trade Work, and Work By Owner. Bid Pack 1 - Mechanical Trade Work 1. Three (3) rooftop DOAS Units, structural reinforcing, curbs, roof penetrations and curb flashing, interior ductwork, wall penetrations and grilles, coordination with separate Electrical Contractor and Owner. 2. Alternate M1: Provide for a limited Scope DDC Building Management System. Refer to Mechanical Drawings for further description. B. Bid Pack 2 - Electrical Trade Work 1. Electrical metering of existing electrical service for thirty (30) days, new exterior pad mounted transformer and coordination with DTE, interior switchgear and panels, refeeding of existing panels with transformers, power to three (3) new rooftop DOAS units, provide/connect duct smoke detectors to existing fire alarm system, coordination with separate Mechanical Contractor and Owner. 2. Alternate E1: Provide electrical support for a limited scope DDC Building Management System. Refer to Electrical Drawings for further description. Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the contractor and any member of the Board of Directors or Jeremy Gilliam of Waterford Montessori Academy. The Board of Directors will not accept a Bid Proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Each Bid Proposal must also be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement certifying that the Contractor is not an Iran Linked Business. The Board of Directors will not accept a Bid Proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized statement.
