Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hutchinson, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of Aug 18, 2021, the project has been awarded to Circle C Paving for the amount of $67,411.40. The start and completion date as not yet determined. The proposed work provides for the furnishing of all materials, equipment and labor for constructing the LEC parking lot in the City of Hutchinson, Kansas, and consists of the following estimated quantities for sample units of work: o Edge Milling - 182 L.F. o Asphalt Pavement (BM-2) - 118 Tons o 4 Concrete Sidewalk - 3643 SF o 6 Concrete Patio - 499 SF Other Work includes Asphalt Base Repair, Aggregate Base, Striping, Bollard removal, bench removal, roof drain relocation, and a water meter vault lid installation.
