Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Hamlin, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Bid packages including specification, contract documents, and pertinent civil rights, equal employment, and Davis/ Bacon labor standard laws that must be complied with. If the prime bidders/offers anticipate to award subcontracts for all or part of the work, the prime bidders/offers must submit documentary evidence of minority and women business enterprises who have been contacted and to whom commitments have been made. Documentation of such solicitation and commitments shall be submitted concurrently with the bid. Bid packets must be picked up in person at the Redevelopment Authority Office, no faxing or scanning of bid packets is permitted. All proposals shall remain firm for Thirty Days(30)following opening of bids and prior to the contract being fully executed. The Wayne County Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any and all Bids.
