At the avoca borough municipal building, bids are invited for the following contract: avoca borough mcalpine street storm sewer improvements project Bid security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the instructions to bidders. ^ the successful bidder will be required to submit a payment bond for 100% of the contract amount and a performance bond for 100% of the contract amount within 15 days of the contract being awarded.
