Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Township of Hampton, County of Sussex, New Jersey is soliciting bid proposals from Solid Waste and Recycling Waste Collection Contractors interested in providing curbside solid waste and recycling collection and disposal services at the option of the Township for a period of 1 YEAR, 2 YEARS, 3 YEARS, 4 YEARS OR 5 YEARS TO COMMENCE ON JANUARY 1, 2022 AND END ON DECEMBER 31, 2022, OR DECEMBER 31, 2023, OR DECEMBER 31, 2024, OR DECEMBER 31, 2025 OR DECEMBER 31, 2026 in accordance with the terms of the Bid Specifications and Uniform Bid Specifications, NJAC 7:26H-6, et seq. Any bid proposal received after the date and time specified will be returned unopened to the bidder. Bidders must bid on all contract durations. The bidder shall deliver, by hand or mail, the bid proposal in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Municipal Clerk, at the Municipal Building, 1 Rumsey Road, Hampton Township, New Jersey. Each sealed envelope containing a Bid must be plainly marked on the outside as a Bid for SSolid Waste and Recycling Collection Services, and each envelope should bear on the outside of the Bidders name and address. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Municipal Clerk, Hampton Township Municipal Building, 1 Rumsey Road, Newton, New Jersey 07860.
