The project consists, in general, of providing and implementing a traffic control plan; providing construction area signs; providing and implementing water pollution control plan; providing construction site management; sweeping streets; notifying and coordinating with utility companies, schools, businesses, and property owners; clearing and grubbing; roadway excavation and site grading; milling; asphalt concrete paving; replacing culverts; constructing concrete pedestrian ramps; replacing guardrails; installing new guardrails; installing signal interconnect conduit and pull boxes; installing speed feedback signs; installing traffic signing and striping; furnishing and applying water; cleaning site; and constructing other related work necessary to complete said project.
