Site work for a water / sewer project in Carrabelle, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids must be submitted in triplicate and marked "Sealed Bid, Lighthouse Water Extension Phase I and II." The Project includes the following Work: Labor and materials for water and sewer utility infrastructure construction. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The selected contractor shall begin mobilization and procurement of materials within ten working days after the receipt of the "Notice to Proceed". The City is an Equal Opportunity Employer and reserves the right waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges and is non-refundable. Bidding Documents are available for purchase in the following formats: Bidding Documents, hardcopy for a cost of $250.00; or Electronic download of Bidding Documents for a cost of $50.00 Questions will be received by email to RTL@inoviagroup.com. The deadline for questions is noon on August 19, 2021.
