Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grimes, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The North Sports Complex Parking Lot Improvements project includes the construction of two (2) additional parking lots to serve the existing facility as well as provide increased traffic circulation for the adjacent North Ridge Elementary School. Improvements will also include the addition of a detention basin to provide storm water management. Other associated improvements include the removal and replacement of existing pavement markings and trees, installation of storm sewer intakes, site lighting, an electrical connection for future service to Field #1, erosion control and other associated site improvements. The City of Grimes, hereinafter called the Jurisdiction, has need of a qualified contractor to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement. The undersigned Bidder hereby proposes to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement as specified in the Contract Documents, which are officially on file with the Jurisdiction, in the office of the City Clerk, at the prices hereinafter provided in Part C of the Proposal, for the following described improvements:
