General: Construction/Installation of Fireblast Responder Series Training Facility by General Contractor per complete drawing package. Provide all worker (personnel) required to complete the installation. Provide all equipment required to complete the installation, including crane, forklift, lifting equipment, ladders, welding equipment, small tools, etc. Provide any material not specifically provided in the responsibility matrix by Fireblast. Erect the building in accordance with the drawings. Unload material delivered to the work site and move to the storage area. UltraBond Floors: Provide concrete, welded wire mesh and rebar for UltraBond floors. Exterior Walls: Provide concrete, wire mesh and rebar for exterior walls as required. Temporary shoring: Provide temporary shore for UltraBond floors as required. Provide and sheet the roof structures with fire resistant tongue and groove plywood and composition roof material on the surface. Provide a five-year warranty on building construction from date of handover to Owner (the City). Excluded Building foundation construction Cleanup The Contractor shall clean any dirt, spills, debris, and remove and dispose of all waste resulting from actions related to the work scope. The Contractor shall leave no boxes, crates, packing materials, or other moving material or equipment at the installation site. The Contractor shall keep all work zones clean and free of trip hazards. Fireblast Global, Inc. Work Scope Fireblast will assign an experienced site supervisor. Fireblast will provide building and lining material kit according to drawing. Fireblast will conduct the final inspection with the Contractor.
