The work under this project shall generally comprise but not necessarily be limited to provision of all labour materials and equipment for the installation of metal roofing over asphalt shingles and ancillary items on two buildings at the water treatment plant site. Rates of pay prevailing in the area of employment for each classification of work, subject to the minimum wage specified in provincial legislation for Industrial Sites. The Project Officer will review questions and where information sought is not clearly indicated or specified, will have issued a clarifying Addenda which will become a part of the Tender documents. Neither Owner or Consultant will be responsible for any oral instructions.
