Site work for a mixed-use development in West Arichat, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is an invitation to prospective bidders to submit quotes to complete the closure of the former West Arichat North & West Arichat South disposal sites. The work generally involves the excavation and re-burying of waste, site grading, and application of a low-permeability soil cap complete with surface stabilization and drainage controls. Estimated Duration of Contract (months): 8 Submit questions or inquiries to Chris Boudreau, P.Eng. and Stuart King, P.Eng. by email at caboudreau@richmondcounty.ca and sking@dillon.ca. Notify Engineer of any omissions, errors, or ambiguities found in the Contract Documents. If Engineer considers that correction, explanation, or interpretation is necessary, a written addendum will be issued. All addenda will form part of Contract Documents. All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing no later than May 10, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Verbal inquiries or those submitted after the deadline for questions may not be acknowledged or addressed.
