Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Rapid City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 13,998-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Work of this Project includes civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical work. The new building is approximately 13,998 SF. The work includes, but not limited to: parking lot work, site work, utility connections, irrigation system, landscaping, brick, metal wall panels, metal stud framed gypsum board partitions, insulation, plastic laminate casework, stainless steel kitchen equipment, interior finishes, electric fireplaces, mem-brane roofing, aluminum storefront, glazing, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, door hard-ware, painting, sprinkler system, security/door access system, elec-trical and mechanical work and other items per the project draw-ings and specifications. The Pennington County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein. They also reserve the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as they so determine.
