Site work for a road / highway in Rapid City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
As of September 18, 2025, this project has been awarded. Installation of permanent traffic signal poles, mast arms, and luminaires at intersection. Project will include ADA compliant sidewalk and curb ramps, concrete pavement replacement, and pavement striping. All proposals shall be made on the forms furnished by the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive all informalities and to accept the bid that is to the advantage of and is in the best interest of the City of Rapid City Project(s) for bid is/are as follows: Mall Drive and Haines Avenue Traffic Signal Upgrade Project No. 2809 / CIP No. 51047.25 Project Cost Estimate: $400,000.00 Every request for interpretation shall be in writing and addressed to the City Project Manager Jeffrey Crocker, PE at Jeffrey.Crocker@rcgov.gov, or by mail at 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, South Dakota, 57701, and must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids in order for the City Project Manager to give it appropriate consideration.
