As of 08/12/2021 The project has not yet been officially awarded, but they are in the process of awarding the project to Kilgore. They don’t know at this point the starting date of the project, but it will be complete by September 30, 2021. The project is to be completed by September 30, 2021. All BIDDERS are required to have bid, payment, and performance bonds underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Circular 570, latest edition). Lane leveling, where necessary Lowering manholes/valvesprior to milling and adjusting manholes/valves after overlay, including concrete rings (new in contractfor 2021) Rotomilling streets and tie-ins (approximately 283,450 SF) 2-inch overlay ofstreets (approximate quantity 346,500 square feet, more or less depending on bid price) Traffic control
