Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Alpine, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project is funded (or partially funded) through a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The contractor will be required to comply with all federal labor standards and attendant laws, including the payment of the most current Davis-Bacon wages. Local, minority and woman owned business owners are encouraged to bid. The lowest responsible bidder will be selected. The principal items of work are approximately as follows: $Remove and replace approximately sixteen (16) ADA handicap ramps Question Deadline : 02/29/2024 at 5:00 PM MT There will be no pre-bid meeting. Please submit questions through the purchasing website. All BIDDERS are required to have payment and performance bonds underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. (Circular 570, latest edition).
