Renovation of an educational facility in Alpine, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of March 15, 2022, This project is already awarded to U.S. Mechanical awarded amount not available. Alpine School District is seeking a vendor(s) who can provide Air Handler & Controls Upgrade at Alpine Elementary. Demolition of existing pneumatic control system and existing air handlers as shown and explained in the plans and specifications. o Provision and installation of upgraded mechanical controls and new air handlers per plans and specifications. o The work to be done under this contracts shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, transportation, tools, permits, fees, inspections, utilities and incidentals necessary for the complete installation of all mechanical and electrical work required in the Contract Documents. o This project is being funded through an ESSER Federal Grant. This may require additional documentation and inspections throughout the project. Davis-Bacon Wages will be required. IF CONTRACT VALUE IS OVER $100,000, OFFEROR MUST COMPLETE THE CERTIFICATION REGARDING LOBBYING FORM (Located in buyer attachments of RFP, Federal Requirement Criterion Pages 1, 11-13). Question Submission Close Date 3/1/2022 2:00 PM MST 1. Project shall be completed by August 10, 2022. 2. Contractor shall provide cylinders to reclaim R22 refrigerant. 3. Temptrol air handler shall be base bid. 4. See attached Sheet M1.0 for mechanical air handler AH-1 demo.
