The Owner is issuing this request for qualifications (RFQ) to hire an Owner's Representative that will be responsible to complete all needed engineering services on the following project: - Extension of water lines and related appurtenances to serve Hoppy Tom Hollow Road, adjacent to the Nebo Water System (PWS ID NC1056032) The full range of professional services will be further defined during project development, but may include the following: preliminary reports, design, bidding/negotiation, construction administration, resident project representation, property surveying, easement, surveying, geotechnical, special inspections, etc. Inquires/Questions - Questions regarding the project or these requirements shall be directed to Ashley R. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
