Site work for a road / highway in Huntersville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
As of September 2, 2021. The project has been awarded with the amount of $910,269.99. This contract is for the clearing, grubbing, mass grading, wall construction, landscaping, and erosion control only. No storm drainage, fine grading, concrete work, or asphalt will be installed under this contract. Please note, due to existing soil conditions, the existing on site material may not be suitable for use as wall backfill and will need to be removed and replaced with material meeting the specs on Sheet 10 of the retaining wall plans. Last day for questions regarding this project will be Wednesday August 11, 2021 at 2:00 PM, with an addenda answering all received questions being distributed on Thursday August 12, 2021. The Town of Huntersville is committed to providing opportunities for small and disadvantage businesses. The Town encourages bids from Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB). The Huntersville Board reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals received, for any reason at any time, and to waive minor informalities.
