The City of Independence is soliciting bids from qualified bidders for Bison Park Sanitary Sewer Improvements for the Municipal Services Department. Please submit all questions regarding this Invitation to Bid Electronically FURTHER AGREES TO COMPLETE all work covered by this Proposal in accordance with the stipulated conditions and requirements within 90 Consecutive Calendar Days for the amount ofthe total construction cost shown and accepted. Calendar days specified in the contract exclude the period between December 15 and March 15. All other general provisions concerning time and payment can be found in City Code Section 20.13.017. This contract provides for, but is not limited to 157 feet of sanitary sewer pipe, 2 manholes, 65 feet of storm sewer, 2 drainage structures, 965 cubic yards of earthwork for slope stabilization, modular block retaining wall, 141 linear feet of vinyl-coated chain link fence, 104 SY of concrete driveway, 260 SY of asphalt driveway, seeding, erosion control and all appurtenant work for the completion of the project.
