Design services related to the following: Provide new AHUs and distribution system. Provide supply and exhaust system that will deliver the proper air changes per hour, ventilation for acceptable indoor air quality, and proper filter system required for a Heath Center. This work will require but not be limited to the demo of the existing system, rework of walls and ceilings to provide the required distribution system, and required finish work. All work on this Contract is to be completed by August 11, 2023. All prospective bidders must obtain official bid documents from The State University of New York Fredonia pursuant to SFL 143 above. This will also allow for inclusion on the project's Plan Holders List and direct receipt of any Addenda and/or Clarifications that may be issued. Bids submitted by contractors who have obtained bid forms in any other manner will be considered informal The MWBE Goals for this project are 17% for Certified Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE) and 13% for Certified Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) for an overall MWBE Goal of 30%.
