The construction of a 10-foot wide Multi-Use Asphalt Pathway along the east side of 45th Avenue between 28th Street and 24th Street. The Multi-Use Pathway will include the installation of new benches, trash receptacles, dog waste stations, LED pedestrian lighting and landscaping rock.
