Renovation of a fire / police facility in Yuma, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Replace the shooting range system and rework the HVAC system in the range. The indoor shooting range at the police station is 23 years old and is in need of replacement. Rail, tracks, and traps are all worn and in need of replacement. The current HVAC system will not adequately cool the range area. A computer-operated lane management system no longer works and the lanes must be operated manually. This project is included in the city's 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of September 12, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
