North County High School Field House Addition Project If the sum of the Base Bid and all Alternate Bids is $100,000.00 or greater, the Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified check in the amount of five (5) percent of the sum of the Base Bid and all Alternate Bids payable to Anne Arundel County Public Schools or surety bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the sum of the Base Bid and all Alternate Bids, pledging that the Bidder shall enter into a Contract with the Owner on the terms stated in the Bid and will furnish bonds covering the faithful performance of the Contract and payment of all obligations arising thereunder.
