Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tigard, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a retail development; retail development; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Tigard is requesting proposals from experienced firms to provide engineering services for the Nick Wilson Memorial Plaza/Driveway Design and Engineering. Design and Engineering of Nick Wilson Memorial Plaza, including: o Amenities, seating, and lighting, o New decorative railing for the existing bridge over Fanno Creek o Education or interpretive elements related to the Fanno Creek watershed o Restoration of the banks of Fanno Creek adjacent to the project. This will include native plantings and slope stabilization o An evaluation of whether and a new crossing should be constructed at Main Street, replacing the existing Fanno Creek Trail crossing. If a decision is made to include a new crossing, a contingency task will include the design, engineering and construction services for it. Proposers are required to certify non-discrimination in employment practices and identify resident status as defined in ORS 279A.120. Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) and Local Contract Review Board (LCRB) Policy. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so.
