The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, and equipment necessary for the Pave Roads with option to repair waterline at Fort Bayard National Cemetery 200 Camino De Paz, Fort Bayard, NM 88036 by providing General Construction in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Specification and Drawings and option to Repair Water Line. If funds are available to award both the Base Items CLIN 0001 and Option-1 CLIN 0002 the combined price of the lowest bidder will be awarded in the following priority: 1 - Base Items CLIN 0001 2- Option-1 CLIN 0002 3-Grand Total of both the base + the option. The Option-1 must be exercised before the end of period of performance end date. The total performance period for this project is 210 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) Per VAAR836.204, Project Magnitude: Between Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
