IFB Sewer Rehab Phase 1 The project includes the cured-in-place lining of 5,250 of linear feet of 24-inch diameter sewers, bypass pumping, service grouting, traffic management and all else incidental to complete the project. Location: DT001 - Town of Dracut Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid. Bidders may not withdraw their Bids for a period of thirty days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays after the actual date of the opening of the Bids. The Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner. Complete instructions for filing Bids are included in the Instructions to Bidders. The bidding and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in its best interest. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to test, grout and retest all sewer services as needed following lining of the sewer. Service connection cleaning, testing and grouting shall be as described in this Section. All equipment shall enter the service connections from within the main sewer. 2. The annular space between host pipe and liner as well as the first joint within 24 inches of the service connection point shall be sealed with chemical grout following completion of the lining and specified in this Section.
