Clark/Sullivan Broward Builders Joint Venture, as the Design-Build Entity (DBE) for the project listed above, is seeking prequalified subcontractors to bid on the new construction work described herein. Subcontractors must have submitted a prequalification form to Clark/Sullivan Broward in the past (2) years to submit a project proposal. The project consists of the construction of a new, 2-story courthouse and all associated site improvements. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: surveying, SWPPP, earthwork, landscaping, underground utilities, AC paving, site retaining walls, concrete (site and building), concrete sealer, masonry, structural & miscellaneous steel, rough carpentry, casework, solid surfacing, roofing, waterproofing, insulation, firestopping, fireproofing, joint sealants, metal wall panels, doors/frames/hardware, coiling counter doors, aluminum storefront, glazing, sunshades, metal framing/drywall, acoustic ceilings/walls, cement plastering, tile, flooring, painting & wall covering, FRP, visual display units, signage, bath specialties, FEC, postal specialties, wall protection and corner guards, metal storage shelving, metal canopies and fabricated steel canopies and other misc. specialties, bird control devices, roller window shades, site seating.
