Submit questions in writing to Olivia Grupp at ogrupp@cityoflakeport.com The City of Lakeport desires to obtain laboratory testing services to determine the relationship between additives (cement and lime) to compressive strength for a full depth reclamation project. The work consists of preparing test samples at various additive contents, preparing, curing and testing specimens to determine the unconfined compressive strength. The proposal is for each test location. Three 5-gallon buckets of soil specimens will be collected for the laboratory for each test location, unless otherwise directed by the laboratory. The final number of locations will vary between 1 and 5. More than one round of sample pickup may be required. Test specimens will be available for pick up at the City of Lakeport Engineering Office at 591 Martin Street, Lakeport, CA. By submitting a proposal, the testing laboratory confirms that it is AMRL certified for Soil Tests and that the required tests will be performed in accordance with the applicable test methods.
