The Judicial Council of California, Facilities Services Office seeks Proposals from qualified firms to provide professional Construction Management services for design and construction of the New Lakeport courthouse for the Superior Court of California, County of Lake. The Judicial Council anticipates one (1) Master Agreement will be issued to a Firm under this RFP. Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM, Pacific Time on Thursday, March 24, 2022.
