Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lakeport, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City seeks SOQs from qualified firms to complete the following tasks. The City may change the scope of services unilaterally. If alternatives or changes to the scope of services are proposed by City, Consultants will be asked to provide details of changes, rationale for changes and associated fee categories if applicable. After the design parameters are approved by the City, Consultant will prepare preliminary geometric exhibits to a standard engineering scale on existing aerial photos with approximate parcel lines for determining any right-of-way needs or requirements for the project. Geometric Approval Drawings (GAD) or 30% level preliminary plans will be developed for the roadway, sidewalks, ADA ramp and crosswalk locations, driveway conforms, and conceptual drainage improvements. This will include an assessment for project constructability to define the overall project footprint including need for contractor access, staging, and temporary pedestrian routes.
