Install new gypsum board ceiling and lighting in gymnasium. Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, cash, bank cashiers check, treasurers check or Bid Bond in the form provided in the Bidding Documents, with corporate surety satisfactory to the Owner, in an amount not less than 10% of the Base Bid, naming as Obligee Berwick Area School District. Prospective Bidders are advised that this Project is subject to and will be governed by provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act including amendments and supplements thereto.
