Site work and paving for a road / highway in Berwick, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Furnish and place approximately 16,857 SY of bituminous fiber reinforced seal coat, and approx. 8,812 SY of asphalt seal coat, double application with CRS-2PM. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders for each contract. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid to each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
