This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Hellertown, Pennsylvania. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, and oversite for mobilization, removal of existing asphalt swale lining, grading, install concrete check dams, asphalt paving, sodding, seeding, planting, 12-month landscape maintenance (add alternate), interpretive sign and E&S measures Work to be completed on or before November 1, 2021. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. PA Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply to this contract. Questions may be submitted through electronically on or before 2:00 P.M. on Monday, August 23, 2021. Responses will be provided via electronically to all registered parties. The Borough of Hellertown reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of 60 days
