The Hellertown Borough Authority is requesting Bids for CONTRACT NO. 1 General Construction, and Contract No. 2 ELECTRICAL for the Spring Hill Sanitary Pump station Raplacement, generally consisting of the demolition of existing pump station components, installation of new wet well mounted vacuum primed suction lift pump and accessories, and new emergency generator. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an amount equal to 10% of Bidder's maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, and include forms, qualification statements, affidavits and certifications, as more particularly listed in the Bidding Documents. Bidder(s) attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum wages and salaries in accordance with provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 and contained in the Contract Documents, must be paid throughout the duration of this project.
