Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hellertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, and oversite for mobilization, installation of solar pedestrian activated rapid flasher, pavement markings, asphalt paving, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, signage and pavement markings. Work to be completed on or before November 31, 2021. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. PA Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply to this contract Questions may be submitted electronically tab on or before 2:00 P.M. on Monday, August 23, 2021. The Borough of Hellertown reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of 60 days
