Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Reading, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work shall consist of the removal of brick walls and paving and replacement with stamped concrete. The removal and replacement of existing drains and storm water piping. Coating existing concrete walls and planters with sealant and primer as directed for mural paintings. Each proposal shall be accompanied by bid surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal. A certified check or bid bond will be accepted. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 10/11/2021 10:00 AM The City of Reading reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to accept or reject any part of a bid, as may be in the public interest.
