A bid schedule is not available. Scope of the project is to include a 70,000 sqft fire training building, 27,000 sqft storage and training building. and 19,200 sqft maintenance building. San Francisco Public Works (SFPW) announces a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for an Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Team led by an Executive Architect to provide architectural, engineering, and related services to design a new Fire Training Facility for the San Francisco Fire Department. The project will relocate the SFFD existing training sites to a site located at 1236 Carroll Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94124. A contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation shall be non-exclusive with an original term of five (5) years. Written questions regarding the RFQ shall be submitted at: DPW-FTF@sfdpw.org, no later than 4:00 p.m. August 31, 2021. Rough Order of Magnitude estimated construction cost for this project is $142 Million. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time .
