The Bidder understands that the City reserves the right to waive any defects in the offer of any vendor, to reject any or all offers and to request additional information from any or all vendors for the best interest of the City. General - The work under this Contract shall consist of all the supervision, materials, equipment, labor, and all other items necessary to construct a new stone fountain base at 151 E Main St, Hendersonville, TN 37075 in accordance with the Contract Documents. Specifically, the work under this Contract is as described in detail in Bid Proposal. Scope of Services - The purpose of this RFP is to replace the stone on the Memorial Park Fountain , 151 E Main Street with new stone
