The furnishing, installation and testing of approximately 9,005 linear feet of curedin- place lining of existing 15-inch, 12-inch and 8-inch sewers; new manholes; point repairs on existing 8 sewer (with PVC sewer pipe); 862 vertical feet manhole rehabilitation; sewer service reconnections to sewer mains with point repairs, as required; reinstatement of existing sewer services by connecting new service to CIP lined sewer; leak stoppage in manholes around influent and effluent lines; wet well rehabilitation at two pump stations; rehabilitation by epoxy coating of the dry pit area of Middle Drakes Creek Station (including Pre-Bid meeting); sewer service clean-out assemblies, GPS location of new manholes and clean-outs; unclassified excavation, bypass pumping of existing wastewater flows, where required, soil erosion and sediment control measures, backfill, tie-ins, working in close proximity with other utilities and structures, reconnections, restoration, pavement restoration, and all other appurtenances and other work as shown on the Construction Drawings and Standard Details or indicated in the Contract Specifications. The Hendersonville Utility District reserves the right to reject any proposal for failure to comply with all requirements of the notice or of any of the Contract Documents; however, it may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion. The Hendersonville Utility District further reserves the right to reject all proposals. The successful bidder shall be required to fully complete all work shown on the Base Bid Project within 240 consecutive calendar days from and including the date to start work established in a written order from the Hendersonville Utility District
