Renovation of a swimming pool in Braintree, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The Town of Braintree seeks proposals from interested parties for the proposed design, construction, and operation of a skating rink/swimming pool complex on a six-acre parcel of land located on the campus of Braintree High School. The Minority/Women Business Enterprises percentage rate to be applied to this job will be not less than 5%. Proposals are due on the deadline to Kate Naughton, Braintree Town Hall, above agency address. Price and technical proposals must be submitted separately, sealed, and clearly marked. Proposals that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. Late proposals will not be accepted. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. Bid deposits, Performance Bonds, and Labor & Materials Payment Bonds are required. The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all proposals.
