The scope of work for the light commercial agreement shall apply to the following small medical clinics, stand-alone doctor and dentist offices with up to 600 amp service (not attached to a hospital), gas stations/convenience stores, fast food restaurants and franchised chain restaurants including independent bars and taverns, places of worship, funeral homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and day-care facilities under 15,000 sq ft, small office, retail/wholesale facilities under 15,000 sq ft with less than 10 units attached, storage units, car washes, express hotels and motels (4 stories or less) without conference or restaurants facilities, residential units (subject to Davis Bacon Rates) small stand-alone manufacturing facilities when free standing and not part of a larger facility (less than 15,000 sq ft) solar projects (500 panels or less) unless other wise covered under this agreement, lighting retrofits (when not associated with remodels involving branch re-circuiting) Lighting retrofits shall be defined as the changing of lamps and ballasts in existing light fixtures and shall also include the one for one replacement of existing fixtures. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision of labors necessary to complete the work. This project includes the following approximate total quantities: 14,750 square yards of ODOT 254 Pavement Planing, 514 cubic yards of ODOT 448 Asphalt Concrete Surface Course, Type-1, PG 70-22; 720 cubic yards of ODOT 448 Asphalt Concrete Intermediate Course, Type-2, PG 64-22; and other items all as shown on construction plans and specifications prepared by the Office of the Elyria City Engineer.
