ROOF REPLACEMENT Penndel Mental Health Center will be accepting sealed bids online for the facility's Roof Replacement project. The work consists of Replacing the flat roof, located at 919 Durham Road, Penndel, PA 19047. The bidder's attention is called to the fact that the Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Act applies to this contract, and that the successful bidder shall pay no less than the wage rates determined for the project area as set forth in the Contract documents. estimated budget Between 46,000 and 56,000 Roof Replacement 1. Recover the existing roof surface with new mechanically attached 060 'Fleece Back' TPO manufactured by GAF, as per GAF specifications. 2. Vertical siding on front facade will be removed. Those facade walls will be covered with TPO. 3. Remove roofing and allow for new expansion joint along rear roof to main roof tie in. 4. All remaining wall flashings, gutters sections (3 areas), metal edges and copings included for replacement. 5. Add walk paths at equipment locations. 6. Provide GAF 20-year warranty on materials and labor. 7. Note: HVAC line sets coming through the roof will need to be refitted by your HVAC contractor (not included). 8. Include new condenser pads and eliminate old wood dunnage. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
