Renovation of a stadium in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Project was awarded to the following contractors: General Contractor: Davis Construction $1,665,000.00 Plumbing : GEM Mechanical Services $82,500.00 Electrical: S&S Electrical $691,000.00 Neshaminy High School Stadium Field House This Project is subject to Pennsylvania's Prevailing Wage Act, Except for the HVAC contract which will be funded with ESSER (Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief) Funds and must abide by the Davis Bacon Act Wage requirements. The work consists of a one story precast field house, foundations, retaining walls, site stairs and ramp to be installed near the football field of the Neshaminy High School. The precast field house will be fabricated and installed by M&W Precast, Inc. Contractors will coordinate all work with the M&W precast field house design and installation. Site work, structural, electrical, and plumbing work will be required as part of the project, as indicated in the bidding drawings and specifications. Should any questions arise as to the true meaning of any item noted on the Drawings, Specifications, or other Contract Documents, the bidder will immediately forward a request in writing to the Architect In order to be given consideration and timely issuance of addenda, if any, last day for written requests for interpretation are requested by 4:00 PM on September 27, 2024.
