Bucks County Housing Group Electrical, Lighting & Security Camera Upgrades at 800 Durham Road, Langhorne, PA 19047 Each bid must include Bid Security, a certified check, bank check or bid bond issued by a surety licensed to conduct business in the state of PA, in the amount of 10% of the total contract amount including all Add Alternates, payable to Bucks County Housing Group. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount will be required to be furnished by the successful bidder with a corporate surety approved by Bucks County Housing Group. Bidding will be public using free market wages. Bids will be received in a single Prime Bid for Electrical Construction. This Project falls under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act 127 of 2012, 43 P.S. 167.1, which requires all public work contractors and subcontractors to utilize the Federal Government's E-Verify system to ensure that all employees performing work on public work projects are authorized to work in the United States. All Bidders are required to submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form as a precondition for the Contract Award. Grant funding is provided through: Section 9901 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021("ARPA"), Public Law 117-2 (the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds "SLFRF Program Funds"). Bucks County Housing Group reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in any bid, to eliminate or reduce items or quantities, and exercise its judgement as to the comparative merit of the products and services offered. Award of the contract, if awarded, will be to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
