A timeline for the award is not yet established.** The New York State Office of General Services, Design and Construction (D&C), on behalf of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), is seeking Letters of Interest from qualified engineering firms to develop recommendations for energy efficient upgrades for the DEC Regional Office in Ray Brook as part of the BuildSmart Program, and to provide complete design and construction phase services. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 3% Contract term: 3 years
