A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the SEH a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City. The Work will be substantially completed within one hundred and twenty calendar (120) days after contractor mobilization of equipment. One hundred and twenty days shall be consecutive and demobilization will not warrant a stopping of day count. The Work shall be substantially completed on or before August 2, 2022, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before November 01, 2022 The following are significant components included in the scope of work with all items and tasks incidental thereto: 1. Construction of one (1) new submersible lift stations including but not limited to electrical and controls. 2. Demolition of one (1) existing wet/drypit lift station and conversion of existing wetpit into a manhole. 3. Removal, salvage and reinstallation trash basket. 4. Installation of new 8" gravity sewer. 5. Removal of existing 6" forcemain. 6. Removal and installation RCP culvert. 7. Removal of bituminous pavement. 8. Protecting existing utilities and structures. 9. Installation bituminous pavement. 10. Turf and wetland restoration. 11. Temporary conveyance of wastewater to enable the lift station and forcemain installation as part of this work
