Site work for a water / sewer project in Medicine Lake, Minnesota. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of August 16, 2024, the bids have exceeded the budget and have been rejected. A date for rebidding has not yet been set. Major components of the Work include: 20 Each Installation of full turnkey water service connections, including pipe installation from curb stops to house and plumbing hook up in the house, including water meters. All work must meet with the City of Plymouth plumbing codes. The price includes all required permit fees. Bid Alternative 20 Each There is a bid alternative to add an additional 20 homes to the program for a total of 40. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. The City of Medicine Lake reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Medicine Lake.
