Notice is hereby given, Cumberland-Dauphin-Harrisburg Transit Authority (CDHTA) | Capital Area Transit located in Harrisburg, PA, is soliciting bids for the proposed parking lot pavement restoration work located at Harrisburg, PA. Bid documents, available by contacting CAT's Project Manager, includes a Project Manual, Special Provisions, and construction plans and details. Bid packages will be received for the following contracts: Contract CAT PA 2021-1.1 - Parking Lot Pavement Restoration CAT encourages the use of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in all contracts. Any certified DBE'S proposed by the contractor must be fully utilized with adequate documentation provided by the selected contractor to satisfy PennDOT requirements. A DBE goal of 2.00% has been established by CAT for this construction contract and requests that bidders demonstrate a Good Faith Effort (GFE) to seek out and solicit DBE participation in the project. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bureau of Labor Law Prevailing Wage Rates have been developed for this project and are included in the Project Manual. CAT reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
